THEWORKS BOOTCAMP™

Get ready to transform your fitness routine with TheWorks Bootcamp, exclusively at Fireworks Fitness! Our program features six dynamic class types focused on strength, endurance, and stability for a comprehensive workout.

 

Each one-hour class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of intense circuit work across four stations, and a 10-minute cooldown with core exercises. This structure is designed to build strength, speed, flexibility, and prevent injury.

How Hot and Why?

Our hot classes, FireYoga and DiabloHIIT take place in a heated and humid room, usually between 100 and 115°F. The purpose of the heat is to create a more intense and detoxifying workout. The heat also helps to loosen the muscles and increase blood flow, which can improve flexibility and prevent injuries. Heated classes can challenge your body and mind, as you sweat through various exercises, poses and breathing exercises.

How Humid and Why?

Our FireYoga and DiabloHIIT classes are not only hot in temperature but also in humidity. Humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air, and it can affect how hot and sweaty you feel during a workout. The ideal humidity level for a FireYoga or DiabloHIIT class is between 40% to 60%. This level of humidity helps to keep the air moist, allowing for deeper breathing and reducing the risk of dehydration. Humidity also enhances the benefits of our classes, such as detoxification, flexibility, calorie burn, and stress relief.
